DAY 1 Setting the Foundation (3–8 PM)**

  • Guided Meditation: Mindset Reset

DAY 2 Living It Out (9 AM–5 PM)**

  • Morning worship + Scripture

  • Strength & Flow movement session

  • Time Stewardship Teaching

  • Guided Meditation: Stillness & Surrender

  • Lunch

  • Guided stretching & breathwork

  • Journaling Workshop

  • Integration Workshop (action plan)
